The subject must have an outstanding warrant placed in the (N.C.I.C) National Crime Information Center computers, caused by a failure to appear for a scheduled court appearance in a criminal case.
The requesting agency must be willing to transport or extradite the subject from the jurisdiction where fugitive is apprehended.
The subject must have forfeited bail bond(s) equal to or in excess of ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis, and the severity of the original offense will be considered.
Subjects are profiled on thise site only after a bonding agent has suffered a financial loss and has exhausted all other resources for locating the bail jumper.
